Sunday in Sevilla

We walked around downtown Sevilla with our hosts for the evening Marcos, Toni and Jose. This caught my eye and instantly Remedy from the David Crowder Band came to mind. That's the hope of the leaders of East Park Church for the hearts of those in Sevilla - the remedy that is provided only by faith in Jesus Christ.

Words can't express the excitement and nervousness they feel about the English classes and the impact they will have moving forward. They want this to be excellent because it is the 1st exposure many will have to the church, the building (btw - great job prior team - the place looks fantastic!), etc.

While many of you are sleeping tonight (or were last night), we will have the 1st class and there will be another around 1pm (EDT). So thank you the time you spent talking to the Lord and in advance for the time you will spend on behalf of all going on here. It's pretty humbling considering God decided to use us for this purpose.

We'll post some more pictures of today tomorrow and try and have an update after the 1st class. Thanks for all the comments posted.

And the people of this city (and country) were just a little excited about winning the soccer (football) match against Italy tonight!

Time for some sleep!

Jeff

I am wondering the streets of Sevilla on Google Earth at work and was wondering where classes are in the morning?
