Hi everybody!Because of the new constitution we have, we just started a new "leadership team".
One of the main things we're gonna work from the very begining is in our strategy to reach outsiders.
We spend a saturday working with a report that i made based on the marketing basis and applying those basis to church as the product and outsiders as our target who we want to "sell" our product.
This target meeting was great because we realized who is our competition and how we can change target habits and decisions to get them intested in our church.
We also defined who is our target, this is specially needed if we want to make things not for everyone but for who we mainly want to come to church, and also to prepare our environments for them.
Now we're gonna work with Miquel who is an amazing marketing guy to develope all that stuff in every direction in our church.
I'll update about how this thing is going on and what's coming up.
